Meet the owner
Gyl Bednarek
Hospitality with heart and intention.
With 30 years of experience in the bar and restaurant industry, Gyl knows how much the right hospitality can add to a celebration. She created Diamond Reserve to bring an upscale bar experience to your event, with specialty cocktails, beer, wine, and a variety of mocktails.
Outside of events, she enjoys time with her family, motorcycle rides with her husband, and unwinding with a good cocktail.

How do I inquire about my date?
Visit our Contact page to inquire about your event date, location, guest count, and preferred package.
What packages are available?
Basic is $600 for beer and wine. Gold is $900 for beer, wine, and your choice of 2 specialty drinks. Diamond is $1,200 for beer, wine, and your choice of 4 specialty drinks. Standard parties are 4 hours; additional guest and time charges may apply as described in the event terms.
Can I choose the specialty drinks?
Yes. Choose 2 specialty drinks with Gold or 4 with Diamond from our specialty drink menu. For other customization requests, ask when you inquire.
What types of events do you serve?
Corporate functions, birthdays, bachelor and bachelorette parties, quinceañeras, and wellness retreats.
How long is a party?
The standard duration is 4 hours. Each hour beyond 4 hours costs $100, with a maximum event duration of 6 hours.
What changes for larger parties?
A party of 100 guests will have an additional server. Parties over 100 guests carry an additional $20 per person charge for a 4-hour party. Contact us for a quote confirming how that charge applies to your guest count.

The Diamond Reserve Mobile Bar serves Houston, Texas. Share your event location when you inquire.
Who supplies the alcohol?
Please discuss alcohol purchasing and supply arrangements with Gyl when requesting your quote.
